Yes, I used all caps in the title. That's because I am shouting at you. On December 24th at about 10:30 am, we received our letter of acceptance (LOA) from the Chinese Central Adoption Agency in Beijing, PRC. Our agency, Chinese Children Adoption International in Colorado, sent the packet to us. The package was supposed to come on Saturday, but did not. A lady at CCAI called us and asked us if we received the package. We said no, but was advised it would be coming probably on Monday. On Decemeber 26, we signed the LOA and Fedex back to CCAI in Colorado. We now have to get visas, and a number of other things going.
