Chinese Food

Probably almost everyone who reads this post has eaten at a Chinese restaurant. Mmmm, sweet and sour chicken. Buffet food. Well, wake up. That is not real Chinese food, that's just swill Americans accept as Chinese food. Most every where we went, we ate Dim Sums. This eight to ten dishes served on a large turntable that is on your table. You just spin it around to get what you want, sort of family style. These fabulous meals were really round $7 per adult. Great deal, if you ask me. If the selection does not specify the kind of meat, its probably pork. So most food had pork in it, including what looked like dinner rolls. Some of the food was spicy, some sweet, some weird, like the spam on a stick with frosting on it. But someone at the table usually liked something. We also at at a few American resturants like, Sizzler, KFC (bigger than McDonalds in China), McDonalds, Pizza Hut
and Starbucks (did you know that there is only around 50 Starbucks in Beijing?)

The video is of our last night as a travel group in Nanchang. Doesn't that food look good?
