My mother day...I sit down with my blond haired girl emma full of life. Laura with a silent smile and a big hug. Little ping. bouncing up behind me with a big smile. It has been a long call weekend. We grabbed a bite from the hospital cafeteria and then we went to Riverside park in Berlin. Doug said Mcdonalds was "too expensive" compared to hospital food. The children (help from dad ) got me patio table. My mother's day, cut short by 5 hours in the hospital followed by 2 more hours. I barely reached home in time to put my children to bed. I regretted the time I missed my children. I was greeted by a big smile. The smile reminds me that the best part of my day is sitting down with my children.
