Last Sunday, I was the master of ceremonies for a large Lincoln Day Lunch. Lots of local elected officials, a sheriff, 3 district attorneys, several members of the state assembly, several members of the state senate, several mayors, and several people running for statewide office. Abe Lincoln made an appearance. I thought he looked good for someone who recently celebrated his 200th birthday.
