Playing outside

Lots of fun in the backyard yesterday evening. We played outside with the kids in the leaves. We built a fire in our fire pit. The kids loved kicking the leaves around. Hudson had a lot of fun moving the leaves around the yard. We sure have plenty as we have two mature maples in our backyard. We then went inside and ate chili. Today, we went to church and then went to a park to play. All the kids had fun playing. Then we came home and cooked burgers and dogs on the grill. Yes, the weather is still a little mild here. After Hudson went to bed for his nap (he needed one), Cheryl and the girls made cookies. The pictures are from last night.


Cookie making...
Eat the flour, sample the dough, throw it on the floor, press our fingers in it, eat the sprinkles that go on it, put the dough on our shirt as we try to sample it.

Grocery shopping.
We went grocery shopping at superwalmart from 7:30-before 9:00 at night on Saturday night. Funny now, but not then...Three toddler/preschoolers with ants in their pants in a large grocery store when Mom can't find anything....How many things did I forget?

Budget...
Add that to shopping past night bedtime on the Dave Ramsey plan...It becomes a mental game for me what will throw us off the budget.

PLAY TIME>>>
The kids and I had play time today.. made cookies. played in the backyard, read books, had a tea party with dollie, jumped up and down, colored, waterpainted ourselves, (not the paper) colored with crayons, played some more. played with magnets.
