Girl met boy
This evening, we all went to a nearby park after dinner. We've been there many times. Tonight, the kids met a little boy there who was accompanied by his parents. They were all Chinese and the little boy was about the same size as our kids. It wasn't to long before they were all playing together. In particular, all four kids were playing on the tallest play equipment. I spotted them as they climbed a wall to the top of the slide. Emma really enjoyed playing with this little boy (we later learned from his parents he is almost 4) and when she could not see him, would shout, "were is that boy, where is that boy?" She laughed when she said that. She and the little boy would go down the slide together. This little boy would sometimes shout back, "where's that girl?" Laura would ignore them and push by them if Emma and her new playmate were to block the top of the slide. All business is Laura. Jonathan was right in the middle of this having the time of his little life. When it was time for the little boy to go home, Emma waved and said, "bye playmate".
