A Day Off

Thursday afternoon we took the twins to Atlantis hotel in the Dells.We had a good drive over there. The twins played in the pool and the waterpark. Laura loved the slide. Emma tolerated the slide. Doug sat on the sidelines in his jeans watching and laughing at us all. The girls had the place pretty much to themselves.
We met up with their Aunt, Uncle, and Cousin as well as other relatives at the Kalahari...We had supper at a nice restaurant overlooking the hotel waterpark. The twins loved their pizza.
We visited Aunt and Uncles beautiful suite. There suite was bigger than our house.
Friday, we went played in the waterpark. WE went back the to the Kalahari, but Emma decided to move on. She cried when she could not go to the waterpark.

We went to Baraboo window shopping. We went to a fabric shop (100 wishes quilt book), christian bookstore, candy store, and toy store. We had lunch at the bakery downtown. We went to Reedsburg to a quilt store and then headed to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Saturday, we spent time with my parents. Grandma and Cheryl took the twins with their aunt and uncle to the Milwaukee County Zoo. They loved the zoo.The twins loved the fish, snakes, elephants, monkeys, and bears. The twins snacked on a Happy Meal most of the way through the zoo. They also liked the train that we took them on.

We went home. During naptime, Doug and I went out to shop for a couple of hours.

Sunday, we stayed around the house. Grandma and I took the twins out to shop for fabric.
We drove home from Grandma and Grandpa.
